A
Modern 4 bed room multiple split level house with rendered
master wall cladding,
Feature matrix sheeting along with Cedar panelling was also
used as cladding.
Angled cantilevered walls form a striking feature to the front
and rear.
The alfresco leads its way down to a huge pool with bluestone
copings and a raised deck.
Open plan living areas form the core of the house with a vaulted
ceiling to the main living area and theater.
Large format porcelain tiles line the walls and floors to
the bathrooms and ceasarstone benchtops,
with a huge polished concrete island bench complement the
kitchen.
The owners selected quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
Huge commercial double glazed windows were used to capture
the awesome views,
and Select Grade Blackbutt floorboards were used.
I am extremely proud of all
the contractors who worked on the project and the quality
of the end result.
And it is truly a home that the owners and myself are delighted
to present as a Master Build.
