A
Modern 4 bedroom house with rendered master wall cladding
was chosen,
Feature matrix cladding with a rust coating along with spotted
gum paneling was also used as cladding.
Angled posts and beams form a striking feature to the front
and rear pergolas.
Open plan living areas form the core of the house with a vaulted
ceiling to the main living area.
Large format porcelain tiles on the floors and Ceasarstone
benchtops with waterfall ends complement the kitchen.
The owners purchased fixtures and fittings and thus trying
to reduce the overall cost of the project.
Huge commercial double glazed tinted windows were used to
capture the awesome views,
and Select Grade Spotted Gum decking was used. I
am extremely proud of all the contractors who worked on
the project and the quality of the end result.
It is truly a home that the owners and myself are delighted
to present as a Master Build.
